Terms of Use / Terma Penggunaan
These terms govern use of websites and portals operated by WE ON LOGISTIC (M) SDN BHD (SSM 202401027544 (1573393-M)). A quotation, shipment, procurement order or other paid service may have additional written terms. If they conflict, the service-specific terms apply.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You must not interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or attempt to access data without permission.
Quotations and services
Online estimates and general information are not a final quotation. Prices, routes, schedules, duties, taxes, cargo acceptance, insurance and delivery times must be confirmed for the particular booking. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate cargo descriptions, addresses, supporting documents and legal compliance, including restrictions on dangerous, prohibited or controlled goods. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged where permitted.
Content and availability
Our branding and original website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We aim to keep services accurate and available but may suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific limitation or cargo-compensation arrangement must be provided and agreed separately. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
